Самыми известными выставками считаются Всемирные парижские выставки, Там выставляли свою продукцию все желающие страны, и именно эта выставка задавала тон в общемировом развитии всего, от искусства до военной промышленности. Чтобы быть в трэнде, как говорят сейчас, подобные выставки организовывались на государственном уровне помимо Европы даже в странах обоих Америк, Азии и Африки.

 Jan Kotera (Czech, 1871-1923)The Mánes Pavilion, Prague, 1902. Inspired by the Paris Expo of 1900, Alfons Mucha worked with architect Jan Kotera to create an indoor garden for artists to exhibit their work in Prague. The floors of the Pavilion were covered in gravel, and trees and shrubs accented the interior. Artists who showed here included August Rodin, Edvard Munch, N.K. Roerich, and František Kupka.  Pavillon Bleu был роскошным рестораном, построенным для Всемирной выставки 1900 года. Он идеально расположен под Эйфелевой башней для привлечения клиентов. Он отличается от доминирующей эклектики принятием привлекательного и смелого стиля ар-нуво, оригинальность которого основана на сине-желтой бихромии, примененной в особо выделенном деревянном строении.
